Oil change and tire rotation service for Tacoma June 2023. Vehicle had aftermarket copy of OEM skid engine plate which was removed to prevent a mess from oil change. Technician completed the task witho 2023. Vehicle had aftermarket copy of OEM skid engine plate which was removed to prevent a mess from oil change. Technician completed the task without issues but installed the skid plate incorrectly, by installing the spacers in the incorrect location. This left the plate in a crooked position. DIY removed and reinstalled in about 30 minutes. Overall service was average minus the skid plate re-installation. Technicians and managers need to pay attention to detail. Nothing further to report. More
