Hello shayonne_ray, We are sorry to hear that you feel you had a bad experience but, l believe we need a bit more context in this case. When you brought your vehicle in to us it was in diagnosed as having an oil leak. As the customer you were given the option to have the issue fix or decline service. You elected to decline the service. It was discussed, what the vehicle needed and you chose not to perform.
