Typically my service appointments are satisfactory, but this time around the service adviser assigned to me was not timely in his communication. My car was dirty when I picked it up. Initially I had a tow service scheduled to pick my car up! I called and text the service advisor more than 1 hour plus prior to alert him. Ultimately, the tow service left because of the long delay and I was without my vehicle one more day, which led to an additional day of rental car expense. More
