Lou Gallo is great! He is professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. I appreciate that he has never been pushy or aggressive, yet he recognizes the appropriate time to help "push" me in the right direction based on his genuine understanding of what I have wanted to achieve by way of "a transaction" and the physical vehicle, itself. He really helps to make the entire experience (which can be annoying) a pleasant and simplified experience. The service staff is also always professional, courteous and helpful as well. More
