Had phoned ahead so she knew I was coming. She had several plans all ready for me to chose from for a 2018 equinox. I found one that fit my budget that was less than my 2017 lease. Next she asked what color I was looking for. I settled on this nice gray color. But they didn't have one the lot. So she checked inventory of other dealers. Couldn't find one that I could get that day So low and behold as my kids would say she hooked me up with the showroom model one that was fully loaded for the same deal as the other one and I mean a 2018 Equinox that has everything power sunroof etc. If I could rate her on a scale from 1 to 10 I would rate her a 12. Not customer friendly The salesperson was a jokr, she was only looking out for her self. You only get the car they give you. They don't care about your wishes. I want to buy not lease. Although we told her over 10 times she still had me sign a lease. The manager was great and changed it to a purchase. Ive had the car for less then a week and it is already in the shop for electrical problems. I hate this car and this dealership. I had no choice my car's engine went out while being serviced there after I spent over $2,600 the week before to get the knocking fixed. Cash for your car is a total lie.Don't go to Bergers. More

Unable to start equinox without charge When I arrived I went right into service bay where Mark Bivin helped me. He offered me help to his office as I have bad knee.
