SHADY SALESMAN SALES CAR & TAKES IT BACK! WORST DEALERSHIP EVER! Hamzeh sold me a car and ONE month later called and said they found a bank with a lower interest rate. TWO weeks after him and WORST DEALERSHIP EVER! Hamzeh sold me a car and ONE month later called and said they found a bank with a lower interest rate. TWO weeks after him and Jim, the finance manager, called to say the dealership wanted it back because I actually wasn’t approved by any bank! I returned the car & went to Floyd @ Phillips Chevy ,where I was approved by the same bank Bettenhausen said denied me! These people are shady. Beware. More

My sales manager Bill Awad was very thorough and helpful. I have never went to look for a car and had the sales rep go over each of the special features in detail, even demonstrating them to me. Cody Novick was incredible too. Such a knowledgeable young man with attention to every small detail. Cody sat with us ion the vehicle after we purchased it to teach us how to use all the bells and whistles. We had a great experience overall! More
