Male dominance in the sales dept. and felt, at times, during my visits to find a vehicle a sense of superiority and attitude that they knew what was best for me and I should be grate and felt, at times, during my visits to find a vehicle a sense of superiority and attitude that they knew what was best for me and I should be grateful for their time and opinion. The used car manager (M. Clement) can be dominating and disrespectful. Several used vehicles that I looked at were filthy inside. When I mentioned another dealership, he told me to purchase a car from them and walked away. On one visit (7/22) while looking at a used car and talking with Dakota P. (the salesman), another salesman walks up to us and removes the vehicle key on the desk and mumbles another customer wants to "test drive". This tactic happened on a second visit (8/22) with Dakota to look at another vehicle...same guy, so I assume they are friends helping each other push a sale. I am very interested in the vehicle & become quite annoyed by this conduct. Dakota goes after the other salesman & returns with the key. Discussions continue and I ask for the multi point inspection sheet on the vehicle. The vehicle was inspected and serviced Aug. 2022 by Bianchi and the multi point inspection items are all marked "GOOD".Dakota did tell me the tires would need replaced after the winter season. Just for reference, this vehicle is a 2012 CRV-EX with just under 35,000 miles...excellent condition. I purchase the vehicle on 8/25/22. I was not given a review of the features of the vehicle or shown where certain interior items were located. Not a major issue, but should be done as a courtesy. Late Sept/early Oct. 2022 (a little over a month after the purchase) I notice dash vent on left side does not emit any warm air when the heat is on. I do some research and find a service bulletin for my VIN - flush or replace heater core. I contact Bianchi, who says to bring in for diagnostic test. They waive that fee and advise me it is prudent to replace the heater core for $1,000.00, as based on their expertise a flush is a temporary fix. I am not provided with any kind of test results or how it was determined that the heater core is clogged, even tho I asked and it was never produced. So I can only assume a service technician turned the heater fan on high & held his hand over the vent. Thank goodness I didn't have to pay for that "test". I'm told, as a courtesy, they will reduce the cost by half. Honda insists there is no need for a recall and it is not a safety issue. They also tell me that their records do not show my VIN listed under this bulletin. I no longer believe Honda stands behind their product or believe safety is their #1 concern. A vehicle with a heating/defroster issue in cold weather areas is most definitely a safety issue! If a State Inspection can fail due to inadequate wiper blades, how can it pass with a faulty, inadequate defroster? Well, Bianchi Honda sold and passed the PA State Inspection on this vehicle with a known heating issue. It is now 5-1/2 months after purchase (5,000 added hwy miles) and I hear a rubbing/grinding from the back of the vehicle. I have it checked out by another vehicle service garage and am told the rear brakes are worn down to nothing. Hmm, in Aug Bianchi inspects and passes the state inspection & their multi point inspection shows front and rear brakes as GOOD. As a customer who exclusively used their service dept. (11 yrs), I know they advise you, and mark the item in yellow or red, if an item needs or requires future or immediate attention. I really love this CRV, but no longer trust or believe in the integrity of this dealership. I really trusted them with my used car need and now feel totally betrayed after all the years I relied on them to service my prior car (Civic with 185,000 miles when traded) and kept me safe on the road for 11 years. Moving cars off the lot is more important than safety and true customer care. More

My salesperson was Dan Milhisler and I would highly recommend Dan if you're in the market for a new or used car. He's very friendly and efficient. You can just stop in or make an appointment with him. I'd recommend calling as he's very busy. His desk is full of awards so you know he's one of the best! The dealership is very clean and the vehicles on the floor are presented well while not being over cluttered. The entire purchasing experience was amazing...well as much as buying a car can be! The finance person, Lennon Askew, was great and really took his time making sure I understood the process and all options. He was extremely friendly and professional and is certainly a big asset to Bianchi. To add the cherry on top, after the sale was completed, the owner, Jason, congratulated me on my purchase. I have been in the dealership a few times before and Jason is always there with a smile on his face and has a very friendly personality. If you're in the market for a new or used car, Bianchi should be your first stop. Chances are, it'll be your only stop! The only minor negative is that they no longer put the car prices for most cars on the website. They want you to call for the price. That is very minor and is most likely a sign of the times and the environment we live in nowadays. But I give Bianchi Honda and all the employees I have been in contact with an A++ I will be back in the future for my next car. More
