Had a good experience with two caveats,I adamantly refused the one time Auto Butler service for $299.00 yet couldn't get out of it(I had a yearly Auto Butler contract on my new 2011 CRV and quickly de refused the one time Auto Butler service for $299.00 yet couldn't get out of it(I had a yearly Auto Butler contract on my new 2011 CRV and quickly determined the Auto Butler service wasn't for me) Secondly, a brief causal mention of the availability of OEM splash guards unbeknownst to me or my wife magically turned into a unwanted applied ALL WEATHER SERVICE PACKAGE B for $540.00.(if I would have even requested a service package PLAN A as I would have wanted locking lug nuts and not a trunk tray) I about fainted when I got home and had time to review the detail charges. I further priced out the present OEM parts thru the Honda dealership websites and found what I paid $540.00 could be bought at most Honda dealerships for $281.00 including splash guard installation. I use Weather Tech in my vehicles and that was only $190.00 with minimal no drill installation of the WeatherTech contoured splash guards. All in all, I was satisfied with my purchase and enjoyed the employees that I interacted with, but under no means was I requesting an All Seasons Weather package costing me $540.00 advertised by dealers for $281 installed, that I could have done myself for $190.00. Nor was I wanting any Auto Butler service after my prior experience with that particular application experiences at Bianici Honda, my prior purchased 2011 Auto Butler contract is probably still on your prior customer files.
