just nowI had an issue with my LEASE vehicle since May just now I had an issue with my LEASE vehicle since May we are in the end of July now. Bianchi Honda ordered a part to fix the issue, i was supposed just now I had an issue with my LEASE vehicle since May we are in the end of July now. Bianchi Honda ordered a part to fix the issue, i was supposed to wait for their call, after waiting 3 weeks, I have called the office. They have admitted that the part arrived but noone actually called me. Made another appointment to replace the part, issue was fixed, until I arrived at home same day. Made the third appointment, when at the dealership the issue didn't present itself at that time so the service refused to fix the car and sent me home. I had to make fourth appointment, make a video for them to believe me and I asked for a loaner car. At my fourth appointment I dropped of my car, got another vehicle, the same day Bianchi called, told me they ordered another part, and i need to come and drop of loaner car. I am driving for the FIFTH time to pick up my car. It is still NOT FIXED. Later, I get a call, they inform me that the part came in, and I have to wait till next week to get a loaner car for my car to get fixed. The issue with my car is that my.windows don't go up or down, and at that moment my roof window was stuck opened. If it was going to rain. It would be unfortunate for my interior to get wet. So I tell them that I am worried and I prefer to do something sooner. You would think that after their customer has made SIX trips to their dealership they would be more accommodating. However, they tell me that my other option is to come in and wait there till the issue is fixed, and by the way I only should come at 1pm, because that is most convenient for them. I have to make SEVEN TRIPS to FIX a window in my car, and they are asking me to take a day off to accommodate their schedule for an issue that they have previously refused to fix. It is a problem. Great Car--horrible purchase experience Pro: We love our Honda Pilot and feel we received a great deal Con: This was by far the worst car purchasing experience we have experienced. We Pro: We love our Honda Pilot and feel we received a great deal Con: This was by far the worst car purchasing experience we have experienced. We came intending to purchase a vehicle--we had to ask the salesman several times to get a trade in value for vehicle and to get write up offers for a few different vehicles--that is usually what happens while we are out test driving, not while we are sitting there waiting. We arrived at the dealer at 10:20--we signed the deal at 12:30 and was not able to leave until 4:15. The salesman kept telling us it was almost done, and never once said "go ahead and go get something to eat and come back in a few hours." Instead we sat there for hours waiting and waiting. Then, when it came to purchasing the car, the salesman could not answer most of our questions about the car. He never "sold" us on the options or told us about the differences between the models--which I wish he would have because had I known that navigation does not come on EX-L models, I would have upgraded to touring (every vehicle I have had since 2010 has had navigation installed--bad move on Honda to take that out of their newer models! Apple CarPlay Navigation only works if you have cell service--and we live in an area with poor cell service). And lastly, we had to get a whole new registration for this car due to changes in plate lettering, but when the car was given to us, the inspection only goes until March--we bought the car in July, not March. More
