I purchased a new Honda CR-V at Bianchi yesterday. This was my second auto purchase at this Dealer. I did something I have never done before, and that is buy a car the very first day I looked at one on the was my second auto purchase at this Dealer. I was treated with complete disrespect. I traveled over a hour to be early for a appointment with a salesperson. I arrived 30 minutes early and the person I had a appointment did not even talk to me until 20 hour to be early for a appointment with a salesperson. I arrived 30 minutes early and the person I had a appointment did not even talk to me until 20 minutes after the appointment time. It is not worth the drive there just to be shown disrespect and they knew I am a Disabled Veteran. If I could I would give them a zero rating. More
