Awesome service and friendliness--great dealership This was my fourth Honda Accord that I have leased from Bianchi Honda. Ted Rau has been the salesman for all four, and he was terrific to work with. This was my fourth Honda Accord that I have leased from Bianchi Honda. Ted Rau has been the salesman for all four, and he was terrific to work with. He helped keep my payment where I wanted it. He applied no pressure, and he made sure that I got the perfect car for my needs. He also showed serious patience, since I am technologically disastrous. In addition Meredith and Pat in the IT area completed my mission to move my CD's to flash drive. They even located my Bon Jovi CD, which I thought was long gone. Besides these folks, everybody I came in contact with at Bianchi has been extremely friendly and approachable. Anyone who has had a bad experience with a car dealership should give these folks a chance. More

Highly recommended This is the fourth Honda I've leased from Bianchi and they make the process easy every time. I couldn't be happier with my salesman, Antonio. He goe This is the fourth Honda I've leased from Bianchi and they make the process easy every time. I couldn't be happier with my salesman, Antonio. He goes above and beyond. They didn't have the color I wanted in stock, but he was able to get it for me. The new Accord doesn't have a CD player, but Antonio solved that problem, too - all I had to do was bring in a thumb drive and my CDs - Bianchi offered to transfer the music for me. Antonio took the time to review all the new features and answered all my questions. He and Brandon are always very pleasant and they make the car buying experience enjoyable. More
