Repeat Customer!!! My wife and I have purchased many cars over the years and for the most part have had good experiences. When it comes time to purchase another car we My wife and I have purchased many cars over the years and for the most part have had good experiences. When it comes time to purchase another car we always try to go back to the dealership where we made our last purchase. However, we have NEVER purchased two cars from the same dealership for the following reasons: different staff/ were treated poorly the second time, dealer did not have the car we wanted, could not make a deal, etc. Last year we made our first purchase from Bianchi Honda and had a great experience. This year we needed to replace our other family car. So our first thought was to try Bianchi Honda again. We were very pleased to find the same staff we had dealt with before (Brian McWilliams, Michael Clement and Mike Mobilia) We were treated extremely well and their large inventory of used cars enabled us to find several cars of interest. We made a great deal on the car we liked best and they gave us a very good number on our trade. We look forward to going to Bianchi Honda for our next purchase and making it 3 in a row! More

I was particularly happy with our sales associate, Mike Vogt. He mentioned spending the last three decades working in the restaurant business, and it shows. He has obviously developed great customer service skills. He seemed genuinely interested in my having a great experience at Bianchi Honda. He was easy to talk to and made negotiating a price much more comfortable. I think I got a great deal, and I'm falling in love with my new used car. Obtain another lease Ted Rau had been the person we dealt with 3 years ago and it was very easy to deal with him again.
