After looking online at another dealers inventory of Pilots, which was rather sparse, we looked at Bianchi's inventory and found there to be a good selection of new Pilots. We stopped by and spoke with Tim Roberts about Pilots and test drove one. Tim was very helpful and answered our questions. After discussing the features we wanted, Tim brought one out from inventory in both the color and the features we wanted. The dealership was very clean and attractive and the staff all seemed very friendly. Jason Porreco, the owner, stopped by introducing himself to us the first day. The second day when we picked up the Pilot, Jason again shook our hands and went and got us each a bottle of water. I think that is the first time I have ever had the owner of a dealership come by and speak with me. Very nice. More

Great car buying experience. My wife and I were in Erie to have our CR-V serviced. While there I walked outside and saw a Honda Passport and decided to check it out. Mike Vogt approached us and ask if we had any questions. Of course we did and ended up taking a test drive. Wow, what a nice vehicle. Even though we had no intention of buying Mike continued to answer our questions. We inquired about pricing and had Mike and sales manager Bryan Barnes run some figures. We informed them that we needed some time to think things over. Never once did Mike or Bryan try to pressure us into a situation we weren’t sure of. Yes,we did buy the Passport and are very pleased. Mike Mobilia finished the transactions paperwork for us. All three individuals involved in the sale were courteous and very professional. As we were getting ready to leave, Bianchi owner Jason Porreco came over to personally thank us for buying from them. That was above and beyond. I always enjoyed the Fit, which never needed much service, but what w Several years ago, my husband and I bought a 2008 Fit from Bianchi Honda for me. I always enjoyed the Fit, which never needed much service, but what was required I always had done at Bianchi Honda. My husband and I were both ready for new cars, and when I test drove some Hondas, he liked the 2019 Fit. A few days later, we came back to Bianchi and he test drove the Fit EX-L. We decided that it would be great car for him. But there was an unsold 2018 Civic EX-L hatchback in the showroom too, and it had a turbo engine. Bianchi was offering a great deal on it. So, after we talked to John Duckworth, we eventually decided to buy the Civic for me and the Fit for my husband. John was really great to deal with, friendly and very knowledgeable about the Honda product line. Jason made us feel like valued customers, and Lennon was very clear and easy to deal with as we set up financing. He's also very funny! My husband and I love our Hondas, and we know Bianchi Honda stands behind the cars they sell. More
