Every part of my experience, from communication (very long-distance) to financial to getting me educated about what's new was as simple and easy as possible. The manual-shift Fit is, by the way, a fabulous car! We have christened it "the Silver Bullet II" (we bought the Silver Bullet I from Bianchi about 9 years ago). Deb More
