We'd had such a good experience purchasing a car last year from Bianchi, with help from Henry Aldrete. Again, this time there was a wide selection available of the type of car we wanted. Henry helped us zero in on the best car for our family--one with low mileage and a great price for the numerous features included. The negotiation was very smooth. Henry got us an out-the-door deal on the car we bought, as well as a trade-in value on our older car, that were both better than we expected. Receiving fair prices for both cars left us feeling like the deal was a win-win situation. Henry gave a thorough explanation of the numerous features on the car we bought. I told him that was one of my most well-spent hours because of how much I learned through the time he took to to show and explain each feature. And I know when he says to call him anytime with any questions that he means it. Working with Mike Mobilia again to seal up the paperwork on the financial side reminded us how much we appreciate his knowledge of both the product and the process. I like working with Bianchi because I feel like myself, my family, my time and my money are well-respected. We're offered lots of options to enhance our driving experience. We are well-informed before choosing those options that really make a difference for us, without pressure to spend money on things that don't matter as much to us.
