The Original Rice Paddy (It's what Honda means) Unlike most people, I do not enjoy buying a new car. There is a lot of worry and there are many considerations. However, that being said, there are ways to make it better. Dealing Bianchi Honda is one of them. Joe Denning, our salesman, was just great, and very attentive. The car, an HRV is just great and was reasonably priced. And the whole staff we dealt with, including Lennon Askew were great. LOVE the customer orientation. I also know from previous experience that the service department is just great. They serviced another Honda I used to have and took very good care of me. Can't say enough good things about Bianchi Honda. More

I couldn't get numbers to work, Bill Donor and Bianchi -did- Howdy, Background; I was planning to pay off loan on 2015 Accord when my next billing statement arrived. Pulled money from my Credit Union and was ready to do the aforementioned. In the interim, I received an e-mail from Bill Donor. Bill was congratulating me on my 3 yr. anniversary, and letting me know that he was there for any help I may need, including trading up for a new vehicle. I Googled an online loan calculator and could not get the numbers to work for me. I did calculations several different ways. I replied to Bill's e-mail, and included my several scenarios. His reply the next day, with favorable numbers, was all I needed. Timeline; Friday, 6:58pm was my last e-mail to Bill. Saturday, 3:26pm we had made deal, and set up appointment. Wednesday Noon. At 2pm wed. I was sitting at Quaker Steak & Lube with a frosty mug Yuengling in front of me, and my new 2018 Honda Accord in the parking lot. This is my third purchase from Bill Donor at Bianchi Honda in Erie, Pa. If they continue to make good deals, there will probably be 4, 5, and 6..... Bill Donor is excellent to work with, Brandon was quite efficient and got me out of there lickety-split. If you have read this far...[and have gotten through my poor sentence structure]...go see the people at Bianchi Honda. Problem free transaction I needed a car, as my rusted out Sonata bit the dust. I sat in an air-conditioned showroom and chose from a long list of used cars in my price range. Tomas went out to the lot in 90 degree heat and brought two cars up to the entrance for me to look over. I'm not so sure I got the best price for the Chevy Malibu 2014, but I purchased it as is. I probably should have looked at other choices to get the best deal for me. I probably could have chosen a more comfortable ride and probably could have a car with floor mats replaced, as I can't get oil stains out of the ones in the car. More
