I drove 2 hours from Pittsburgh to check out a car that I wanted at Bianchi Honda. I had already spoken with Mike on the phone and felt pretty comfortable with making the trip, even if I ended up walking away. First of all, I have never seen so many people at a car dealership! On a Tuesday!! I got a little worried that I would be there foreverrrr. But, lo and behold, I had someone assigned to me and Brian and I took the car for spin. He was super chatty and funny (great customer service!) and more importantly, the car was spotless and more than I could have expected! The owner was walking around and was making sure everyone was taken care of and saying hello to everyone - that in itself was refreshing and nice. Mike C. and I worked out a special deal that I couldn't be happier with. Everyone was very respectful and friendly, from the gentleman that got me popcorn when I arrived, to Brian, to Mike C. and Mike M - who handled my finances, to the owner. Not to mention that Brian followed me 20 minutes to the car rental place so I could drop off the rental car and drove me back to the dealership!!! The follow up was great and I am very happy! Oh and not to mention, I was in and out in about 90 minutes all said and done!!!!! More

Antonio Stapp was the BEST! I had dropped my Honda Odyssey to get it fixed, but after 13 years and over 260,000 miles, I knew it was time to get a new vehicle. It was somewhat emotional, but Antonio was so calm and relaxed, yet very efficient, that the experience was wonderful. He worked with me over the phone initially and throughout the day so that when I got to the dealership everything went super smoothly. He advocated for a good trade in for my van and was very patient going over all the features of my new CRV. I have taken my van to Bianchi each time it needed repaired and know a lot of the service staff by first name. I am very glad to add Antonio to the list of outstanding employees at Bianchi Honda!
