The great helpfulness didn't even stop at the sales and finance department as we managed to pick up a stone in the brake backing shield on the way home with the new Accord. Called the service department and they immediately found the problem and removed the stone eliminating the noise, free of charge. It doesn't get better than that. I don't remember the service man's name but he was a gem. Thanks guys. PS Take note Jason, you have a great bunch of people, and I bet that's a reflection of your good nature too! More

They were very kind and helpful and tried very hard to alleviate my worries about leasing a new vehicle, going so far as to throw in a lot of maintenance-related extras. I ended up deciding to buy a used car instead from a different dealer but I was very impressed with Bianchi and it will be our first stop when shopping for our next car! More
