Best car dealership experience ever! The first time I came to Bianchi I had a super run down 2000 Honda civic coupe (it was my first car and I trashed it). I came in with no clear vision The first time I came to Bianchi I had a super run down 2000 Honda civic coupe (it was my first car and I trashed it). I came in with no clear vision and no clue what I wanted. I was paired up with Lennon and we found the car of my dreams, a 2012 Chevy Malibu. i got it for $10,000 with 32,000 miles on it ( what a great deal!) . I loved that thing and it was super amazing. I drove it for about 8 months before my boyfriend totaled it and again I was on the hunt for a new car. I went up to bianchi Honda twice and 8 or 9 other car dealerships. I'd be willing to say I drove at least 20 cars before it was all said and done. But each time I showed up at bianchi and was looking things over with Lennon he was patient and never once frustrated with my indecisiveness. After the 3rd time of stopping up there i found my 2012 dodge avenger for $9,000 and 28,000 miles on it almost immediately. Lennon and I sat down and got all my paperwork done and now it's mine! To anyone who ever tells me they are looking for cars i always tell them to go to bianchi and find Lennon. I felt cared for and not rushed or pressured there (that's more than I can say for other places). The best part about that place is they just want to help you. Even if they don't get a sale they just want to help in everyday they can. That's why I came back. I feel like their prices are always fair and they have a wonderful sales team up there and highly suggest that place to ANYONE searching for a new car/used car!! More

He explains everything very well and also takes the time to call in the days and months after the sale to ensure that you are enjiying your purchase and ask if there is anything he can do. The new digital signature in the finance process was also amazing. In the past having to sign all of those papers was tedious but with the digital signature the process was a breeze. One last note is the service advisors are all externally pleasant to deal with and listen to what you have to say. More

I was totally unaware of all the features that the new ones had. Dave Reash took the time to explain the new features and patiently answered all my questions as well as my husbands. I was happy with the deal and got into a 2018 Honda CRV. Looking forward to our adventures and places the new car will take us.
