Mike treated us warmly, patiently, intelligently, and with memory of past discussions from three years ago. It is comforting to us to work with Mike who clearly understands how to work with people without pressure.Mike's love and knowledge of Honda products is obvious. Jamir was very efficient and also has a good sense of humor. When parting with large sums of money, a laugh here and there is good. He was clear in his financial explanations.
