This has to be one of the most unassuming car dealerships I have ever dealt with. From the minute you walk in the door 15 people do not charge you looking for your business. My 2019 Terrain SLE which I previously leased from Bical was coming off lease and he had a fully loaded 2022 SLT terrain on the floor. The car was black. I really did not want a black car but after I looked at it and saw what it had and the price that was offered to me I would have been a fool to have passed it up. Charlie was a true gentleman, professional, friendly and very quick. I didn't think I was taking a car home that day. I walked in there and within 3 hours I was home with my new vehicle. Bical's salesman and their service department are 2nd to none.
