Ainsley was extremely helpful and friendly. She kept me updated on the status of my car and gave me accurate timeframes so I could determine my schedule for the day. Got there, it looked like Ainsley wasn't feeling well, but she took care of me right away and ordered me a ride home. Called me early afternoon to let me know my car was ready.
