Service Advisor Kara Gonzales Gets a 5 Star Rating from me for the service of my Cadillac. She got my keys and told me they would have my car serviced as soon as possible (I had a 10:45am appointment). She me for the service of my Cadillac. She got my keys and told me they would have my car serviced as soon as possible (I had a 10:45am appointment). She came to waiting room to get me when my car was ready. I paid & Kara escorted me to the car (I use a walking cane). When I left the dealer, I felt so good with the excellent service experience I received. I give a 5 Star Rating.
