"George is Awesome" I was actually on my way to the BMW dealership and I stopped by Ron Carter Cadillac. George Clark showed me the SRX and I was sold in less than 30 min I was actually on my way to the BMW dealership and I stopped by Ron Carter Cadillac. George Clark showed me the SRX and I was sold in less than 30 minutes. George took the time to explain the SRX features and at the same time did not pressure me. I had to make a decision on the color and purchased the car the next day. After the purchase George stayed after closing and explained each and very feature of the car in detail. An Awesome Dealership I was in the market to replace a CTS that was over 10 Years old. I've had my vehicle service at this location numerous times. I did not purchase the I was in the market to replace a CTS that was over 10 Years old. I've had my vehicle service at this location numerous times. I did not purchase the serviced vehicle at this dealership but, they treated me with the highest level of professionalism. Often dealerships drop the ball when it comes to service after a vehicle purchase but the service department operates with the same level of professionalism as the sales department. Because of the service department I chose to purchase a New CTS at this location. George Clark was a very warm, informative and a genuine nice guy that is a proud multiple Cadillac owner that is selling a product he loves. His enthusiasm made me feel like he loved his job and was excited to show the vehicle. After I told him that I already owned a older CTS he immediately informed and showed me the many upgrades the new CTS had to offer. Personnel interactions we those of a low stress friendly, but professional atmosphere. More

Purchasing My First Cadillac I expressed an interest in a vehicle online and Lydia responded to me quickly. She was very concerned when I was unable to definitely schedule an appo I expressed an interest in a vehicle online and Lydia responded to me quickly. She was very concerned when I was unable to definitely schedule an appointment because my father was in the hospital. During her communications, she asked my father's name so that she could include him in her prayers by name. This was very much appreciated. Meeting Lydia in person was all that I expected it to be. She was knowledgeable and made sure that all of our questions were answered. She worked with us to ensure that we purchased the car that we wanted.
