Buying a car in this market with the chip shortage is not easy. Philip C. at Big Star made it as seamless as possible. We had experienced a “take it or leave it” attitude from many other dealerships, but he easy. Philip C. at Big Star made it as seamless as possible. We had experienced a “take it or leave it” attitude from many other dealerships, but he was nothing like that. He maintained professionalism throughout while patiently addressing all of our concerns and communicating every step of the way. In the end we had a beautiful 2022 Escalade delivered right to our door and I’m confident this would not have happened if it wasn’t for Philip. Even after delivery he continued to reach out to get a time scheduled where somebody could come to our home and show us all of the features as we did not have time at the dealership. I would highly recommend him and Big Star Cadillac. More
