It definitely was a long day. I got there at 10:30 in the morning and didn’t leave until after 5:00pm. But Jose was so nice and didn’t want to take up more time to wash my car. I got there at 10:30 in the morning and didn’t leave until after 5:00pm. But Jose was so nice and didn’t want to take up more time to wash my car. He put gas in my car and also said I could come back and get my car detailed for free. Plus he would give me a car to drive while they are detailing my car, Jose said that it would take a few hours to get this done. It was a long day, but Jose was very apologetic about how long it took. More

On 9/13/24, I purchased a 2019 Lincoln Navigator with 69,843 miles for $39,945 as advertised on CarGurus. During closing, the price increased due to what they called a "reconditioning fee." After buying 69,843 miles for $39,945 as advertised on CarGurus. During closing, the price increased due to what they called a "reconditioning fee." After buying the car, it stayed for reconditioning, and I picked it up on 9/20/24. Before leaving, I noticed a rattle, which I was told was the running board. After driving it home, I realized the issue was a cam phaser problem, and the car also shifted poorly. I reported these issues and returned the car three days later. The cam phaser was fixed, but the shifting issue was ignored. I picked it up on 10/24/24, but the transmission still felt off. After learning about "active learning" transmissions, I gave it time to adjust. However, just 21 days later, the transmission completely failed. Attempts to contact the dealership's general manager have been ignored despite multiple messages left with receptionists. Now, I’m stuck with a $45,000 loan and facing a $9,000 transmission repair. This experience has been deeply frustrating and unprofessional. Key points: I declined an extended warranty due to past bad experiences. Their "170-point check" clearly missed major issues. These problems existed when the car was traded in, leaving me to deal with them. I was offered a trade after only three days but found no suitable options. The car's issues began the day after purchase, well within the manufacturer’s warranty expiration at 70,000 miles. Since the purchase and dropping off the car for the cam phaser/death rattle fix, I’ve only driven the car for 21 days, yet these major issues persist. (RE:From my Google review.) More
