Had some issues in the beginning after a failed software update, but Daniel and the Big Star team put in great effort to have it resolved and to gwt the part needed to make my car perfect again. We dropped off our vehicle with issues that would need investigation, before proceeding. Our expectation was that we would hear back that afternoon, or possibly the following morning. I finally had to call back on the 3rd day to follow-up myself. One of our service items was to have the sunscreen (the covers the sunroof) replaced. When we arrived to pickup the car, there were dirty handprints all over the new sunscreen. Many handprints, and very obvious. Ainsley went out with some cleaner, intending to tidy it up herself, only to realize that the task was bigger than that, and it needed to go back into service. With all we had done, the bill totaled over $3.3k. A discount was applied to one of the service items (transmission flush) but it sure felt like the overall discount, on the total bill, could have been more. More
