They were happy to take our month for the purchase, and the made many promises about "being there for us" for any issues but when we had a problem after only a month, they told us the earliest appointment we could get would be 6 weeks out. When we tried to say it was urgent, the Service "manager" told us we could to anywhere else we choose. I asked for the General Manager and the service manager told me that would do us no good since he did not report to him. More

When I called to get a ride back I was denied that since supposedly I needed to receive a call back from my assigned service representative letting me know it was done.
