Really don’t like to leave negative comments, but here goes. My salesman (not the manager) was very nice. 2 major problems with this dealership. First, don’t advertise a vehicle for $83K when you have goes. My salesman (not the manager) was very nice. 2 major problems with this dealership. First, don’t advertise a vehicle for $83K when you have $3K of undisclosed add-ons that cannot be removed (removal not an option) from the vehicle; meaning the sale price is in reality $86K “NOT” $83K. That is deceptive! Second, the extended warrant sell-job was really hard. I repeatedly declined, but the salesman would not take “no” for an answer. I didn’t buy the warranty, but I resented being worked over. I will not do business with them again. Hope the constructive criticism spares other customers. Be honest with your customers, don’t install anti-theft packages that cannot be removed from a vehicle, without disclosing the upcharge in the sales price. Finally, don’t try to bully your customers into buying an extended warranty package. When they indicate they are not interested, let it go. Coercion is poor business. More
