Online price was great, but was surprised about a non negotiable AFTERMARKET package that we had to get. Online price was $7000 off MSRP and the forced package was $6999. Alex was great but other salesperson was misleading about when we’d actually be able to drive off with our car. Overall, the excitement of purchasing a Pallisade has gone out the window due to the lack of price transparency, the lack of follow through by the other salesman, and the overall experience. Still waiting for my car when the other salesman had me drive to the dealership at 10am saying it was ready. It is 1:30pm now. More
