When I came in, everyone seemed confused and frantic about who I was supposed to be speaking with. Then after I was seen, I was told that everything would be completed in 2 hours. Long story short I was about who I was supposed to be speaking with. Then after I was seen, I was told that everything would be completed in 2 hours. Long story short I was waiting for a little more than 3.5 hours. Everytime I went for an update I was never given an answer and never received an apology for how long everything took. More
