The stress from Gm, biggers and wickstrom is beyond words. Ghosted by the service department for over a month. Missed my trip to see my sick mother over Christmas break. Having an engine blow on my equinox and needing the engine replaced and saying it was my fault. Having a new car Ev that I’m unfamiliar with and not able to travel far because nothing worked right and i was afraid to take it anywhere far. Not charging correctly and being charged more money because i couldn’t charge during off time. I could go on and on. But not being able to see my mother who is 81 and just had a heart procedure is not acceptable. I will never forgive nor forget how i was treated. Always excuses. Then biggers wouldn’t even acknowledge the concierge on my behalf Also my 1985 conversion van engine blew also. 2 chevys. I think after my lease is up I’ll go to a different car and dealerships. No more Gm for my. Chevy owner sense 1985 More
