Lack of transparency…. Moved to the area, and tried using them. Prices for service seem kinda high…. Took a vehicle is for trans service, and a rear diff fluid change. The employee on the phone when I set up the appointent quoted a price of 300ish for the trans service, but at checkout, I was told this didn’t include labor, and because it was a 10 speed, it was extra. They also told me fluid looked good, all I originally wanted was a flush, but was charged for a complete service with trans filter… More
