My truck was serviced by the techs pretty quickly Saturday morning because the service center wasn't that busy. I arrived about 9am and my truck was taken back. It left the service bay to go to the w Saturday morning because the service center wasn't that busy. I arrived about 9am and my truck was taken back. It left the service bay to go to the wash bay somewhere around 9:45. I sat for another 45 minuets and heard nothing. I got up to use your restroom and looked out the window only to notice my vehicle parked at the head of the departure lane. I questioned the cashier about my truck being ready and was told she didn't have my paperwork. She called to check and informed me that my truck had just been finished in the service bay and was headed to get washed. I was told that the truck which I knew to be mine belonged to another customer, mine would be ready soon. The cashier printed my paperwork after this exchange. I promptly paid and walked outside to my vehicle (which was supposed to be getting washed) and left. I was lied to in an attempt to cover up your team dropping the ball, and I don't appreciate it. I understand communication errors can happen, but the service center really wasn't all that busy in my opinion. I wasted a decent part (45min +) of my morning waiting for my vehicle when it was already completed and sitting outside. I am not happy about the level of service I received Saturday. Additionally, I'm not confident my tires we're actually rotated which is even more disappointing. Bill Utter is convenient as I am a Denton resident, but I will likely go elsewhere for service in the future. I have a very sour taste in my mouth after my visit. More
