This is the second car I have leased from Bob Ferrando Ford. Once again, the sales rep, Devin Walker, did an exceptional job making this process easy, simple, and pain-free. But, Devin had put together such a good deal, that I happily went home in a new car. The finance officer, Paul, continued the process of making things easy. The manager gave me a deal. Prior to this visit I had the car in a couple of months earlier for the same issue. Although I told them it was the same problem I was required to bring it back in before they could put it on the schedule. earlier for the same issue. It was the same problem and they needed to order parts but it would be covered under the warranty. I had the option of leaving the car or I could bring it back when the part came in. Since they had no rentals available I picked the car up. The part came in the day before the holiday (Thursday) and was told that it could not be fixed for me to take the car out of town on Sunday. So $400+ later for a car rental, I dropped the car off and asked that it be ready that coming Friday as I would needed it to go out of town again. I was not happy when the serviceman said they would see what they could do but others were ahead of me. I felt that I should have been put on the schedule knowing the part was due, I was already out the $400 and shouldn’t have to rent a car a second time. I asked to speak with the supervisor who apologized and assured me the car would be ready when I returned and it was! More
