Extremely courteous and friendly—they even have freshly home-baked cookies in the waiting lounge! The technician said tire rotation was scheduled but after checking during the inspection, deemed it unneces home-baked cookies in the waiting lounge! The technician said tire rotation was scheduled but after checking during the inspection, deemed it unnecessary. I appreciate that they appraise me of possible vehicle maintenance, and that they didn’t rotate the tires and charge me for work that was not needed. I trust this service department! More
