The customer service provided by Danielle is the gold standard that all auto dealerships’ service managers should strive to achieve! Danielle went above and beyond by taking the initiative to ask me if standard that all auto dealerships’ service managers should strive to achieve! Danielle went above and beyond by taking the initiative to ask me if I had an extended warranty, and then by taking the time to research and confirm I in fact did have an extended warranty. Her efforts save me well over $800 of out of pocket costs. In the end I paid $0 for for the diagnostics and the actual removal and replacement of the O2 sensor. I hope Danielle receives the recognition, financial compensation, and progression within the company that she deserves. When I first arrived, I was greeted by a couple people from the service department. Everyone was extremely helpful, they explained the process, and what to expect.
