The service performed on my car was great as always. I was scheduled to pick my car up the next morning. I was assured my vehicle would be kept inside overnight, It was not, which is no big deal. Howe I was scheduled to pick my car up the next morning. I was assured my vehicle would be kept inside overnight, It was not, which is no big deal. However, the temperature on the heater was set to 60 degrees when the temperature outside was below freezing, mirror settings had been changed and the radio settings were off. Best of all is the air pressure in the tires were off, so I had the traction control warnings to contend with as well. I believe these all had to be done deliberately. My service manager was helpful as always and I would give him and the service performed a 5. But you definitely have a bad apple at this dealership. More
