Once I got to finance stage, Rob greeted me and explained exactly what he was going to do and how long he would be before he even started my file. I felt like they really understood what I was looking for and took the time to make sure I was happy when I left. The whole process did not take 3-4 hours like all the other places I went to and I appreciated that tremendously since I already had a negative experience with the other 4 dealerships.
