They offered him the most amazing deal I had seen but he couldn't find the color he liked, I told Tim this was too good to pass up, so I purchased the Grand Cherokee. A rare salesman I would first like to say that I am a pain in the butt to deal with. I come armed to fight and I don't play fair. I am that customer that will compare an apple to an orange. I went to 4 different dealerships for four different style trucks. When I walked through the doors a Bonneville, Rick greeted me in a friendly manner that came off as I was a long lost friend and it was good to see me. I was looking for a used Tundra he had on the lot but sadly he sold it. He tried to point out a few other trucks and even took a shot a trying to sell me a new Ram but I had no interest in anything else. He was very low key and said "I would like to earn your business but I understand there is nothing here for you.". He extended out his hand and as friendly as he could sent me on my way with his business card. It took 3 day to close my deal with Bonneville because I was interested in buying a Sierra. The deciding factor truly was Ricks friendly/let me go to work for you attitude. I absolutely recommend to everyone who is interested in buying a car/truck to stop by and see Rick Goulette.
