BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! I was casually looking to purchase a new car, and 3 days later I was rear ended and my car was totaled. Suddenly I was needing to buy a car and right away. I began my search at another Jeep dealer. The process was moving too slowly so I went to Bonneville and met Louie. He spent the time to REALLY listen to what my needs were, and gave me the input on the car I was looking at, and gently steered me to a car that was actually a much better fit for my needs. His knowledge of the car and all it offered was OUTSTANDING. I learned so much more in my time with him than I had in multiple trips to another dealer. Throughout the whole process, Louie made me feel like he had my best interest in mind. He always responded promptly to phone calls and even text messages. The car I really wanted was not on his lot and Louie came in on his days off more than once to help get the car I really wanted. I look forward to being in my new Jeep but there is no doubt when it is time to buy again, Louie will be my first call. More

Rick Goulette introduced himself and asked how he could help (very polite no hard sell) and then proceded to actually help and inform (really). He was just as nice to my wife as he was to me Kathy really liked this as it was her new car we were shopping for. Rick helped us find a really nice well optioned Cherokee that Kathy could afford. We all know that it takes a bit longer than a couple hours to buy a new car but everyone involved (Rick, Finance, Service tech) stayed well past closing time (on a Sunday!!) to make sure everything was done and done right. We are so pleased that we are going to do something we never do and that is to recommend Rick and the entire dealership to all of our family, friends, and coworkers. I truly wish I bought all my cars here. More
