Love my new Jeep I stopped in at Bonneville & Son just because I was curious about what trade-in value I could get for my 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee, thinking I may be a I stopped in at Bonneville & Son just because I was curious about what trade-in value I could get for my 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee, thinking I may be able to trade up to a 2013 or 2014 model and stay close to my current payment. Imagine my surprise a few hours later when I was driving home in my brand new 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 36 miles on it! Thanks to Rick and Norm for coming up with a great deal that works for me. Rick is knowledgeable, and he listened to my wants and needs to get me into a fantastic vehicle--one that's way above and beyond what I expected. I'm a very happy customer! Awful Service Department Awful service department! Very incompetent! They did an oil change on my six month old Jeep and forgot to replace the oil. How does that happen?? Awful service department! Normally I feel like salesman are out to get you, but that wasn't the case with Tom. It sounds crazy, but I truly felt that Tom was on my side and wanted to see me get the fairest price that I could get. Mike Fortier, the manager, was also awesome to work with. He was very personable and extremely transparent and honest about his pricing (not usually the case with other dealerships I've been to). I also really appreciated the way I didn't feel rushed at the dealership (even though I took a while). I had the space to make a decision without anyone trying to pressure me into it. They even let me test drive the vehicle without a salesman accompanying me, which just shows you how much they respect their customers at this dealership. I can't say enough good things about this dealership, and I will definitely be back for my next car purchase! More
