Everyone that I have met on the Service team to date is extremely curious, accommodating and professional. They are attentive, listen carefully and strive to get the job done right the first time. I often have the pleasure of having Tom Fale as my service advisor and he always makes me feel important and like I am a top priority even though I am one of who knows how many customers flowing through the service department on any given day. I am such an anal "#1*@*!" when it come to my truck :) and Tom and the entire team makes sure that every i is dotted and every t is crossed for me. I have not been disappointed yet with any of the warranty service work or general service work that has been done, job well done team! Thank you!
