After our HHR was recently totaled in an accident recently. This past Friday my father and I went in to Bonneville and Son looking for a replacement. The staff did everything they could to find us the best deal that they could in our price range. Especially our dealer Vedran Karahusic. He did everything he could to make us comfortable. We went home in the fifth car we've purchased through them, a 2009 Chevy Impala, and when the time come we will go back to them to purchase car #6. More
Best Car Buying Experience I have ever had. On June 22nd my wife and I drove into Bonneville & Son Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to check out a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. We had been researching onlin On June 22nd my wife and I drove into Bonneville & Son Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to check out a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. We had been researching online for a while and checked out YouTube reviews, the Jeep Web Site, Google, DealerRater and just about every Jeep dealer in our immediate area. We decided we wanted a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Overland. We found two that interested us on the Bonneville web site and while we were out doing errands we thought we would drop by to check it out and maybe even negotiate a purchase. When we arrived we were met by Matt Chagnon. Matt welcomed us and asked us if he could help us find a vehicle. We told him what we were looking for and he went into the building to fetch some keys. We found Matt to be very professional, knowledgeable, personable, friendly, honest, transparent and has a great sense of humor. We didn't feel pressured into making any decision at all. Matt answered each and every question we had about the Jeep we had decided on. If Matt didn't quite know an answer for sure, he excused himself and went to get the answer to our question. All in all I guess we were very easy customers for Matt since we knew what we wanted and what we were willing to pay. There was no beating around the bush. Matt was very diligent in even trying to find any discounts and rebates we may even qualify for. He really did a great job in finding several and saved us a lot of cash. We made our offer, he presented it, management counter offered we counter offered and bang, the deal was struck and we shook hands. It was fast, easy and with no stress and was done with someone who made you feel comfortable like a friend would. Kudos to Matt. Bonneville should consider Matt a MVM (most valuable member) of their team. I would definitely do business with Bonneville and Matt again and I would recommend to anyone if you are in the market for a Jeep, give Bonneville a try and ask for Matt Chagnon. He will treat you great. Thank you Matt. John R. New Boston, NH More
Matthew Chagnon: Beyond Sales Person, he's an Advocate This review is a bit long, but it is necessary. My wife and I faced that point in time where a paid off vehicle was starting to cost too much to maintain. We wanted a white Town and Country with saddle leather interior. Thought that our best case scenario was that Mattthew would have to search through dealers to locate one. We figured it was going to take some time. Well, Matthew asked if it had to be a 2015 model and explained that there was a 2014 with fewer than 14,000 miles on it, white with saddle leather, priced at more than $13,000 less than a brand new T&C with the same options. The vehicle was beautiful and meet our needs. We were overjoyed! One couldn't by a lesser model for that price. Matthew began the paperwork so that we could walk in the next day, sign and drive away. That night I was really scrutinizing the long list of options and was disheartened to discover that it did not have heated seets. We just believed that any T&C model had them standard. My wife and I have not purchased a car without heated seats since 2003, and since then we both have health conditions where heated seats are a must in the winter. Sadly, I called Matthew to tell him it was a deal breaker. He asked me to give him a little time to see what he could do to make it work. He called back with to options: remote start for $400.00 dollars or heated seat elements could be installed for $1,100.00. I realize, and apprecciate that like everybody else in life, Matthew lives and dies by selling cars. But he really is vested in solving problems, and investigating whether the heated seat option was possible at the dealer level wouldn't have even occurred to me. He called back shortly after letting us know it could be done to clarify something: through taking the time really "listen" to us he recalled that we no longer had children, and that the T&C year and model we were trading in only had heated front seats. So he asked how imporant was it to have heated seats throughout the new vehicle. I told him that it was the front seats that mattered. He said, "Well, it turns out that the $1,100.00 is what it costs for the whole vehicle. As I thought about our conversations both at the dealer and over the phone (by the way, he was taking time during his day off to try and meet an important need for us) it seemed to me that what you really expected was that the front seats would be heated." I told him that was what we wanted (in fact, I was thinking that the $1,100.00 was the cost for front seats). Matthew then informed me that when he checked to see if the dealer could install the heating elements they quoted him the cost for the whole vehicle. Matthew checked again to find out that it was only about $400.00 for just the front seats. He could have just as easily added $1,100.00 to the cost of the vehicle, an appointment would be set up and the dealer would have simply installed heating elements from front to back. Matthew Chagnon is empathetic to what customers reveal during the process. He does not push the buyer to what is easy for him. Matthew has a passion for helping the buyer guide him to thier needs and takes pride in the relationships he builds for people come back to him over and over. My parents have purchased five cars from him in the 15 years tenure he's had at Bonneville and Sons, They will be purchasing a sixth next year, again, with Matthew. I hope Matthew never retires! More

AWESOME DEALER Stopped in looking for vehicles for my husband and was POLITELY greeted by an enthusiastic, Dany Elnar. We explained what we were looking for and he Stopped in looking for vehicles for my husband and was POLITELY greeted by an enthusiastic, Dany Elnar. We explained what we were looking for and he happily assisted us. The fact that we were not there to purchase a new car, or spend a lot on a used car never changed his attitude. He had no problem showing us vehicles in different price ranges, and patiently waiting on us and tending to our every thought and idea. He was very honest and fair when showing us or telling us about each vehicle we took interest in. At the end of our first visit we didn't find anything we liked or in our price range, so we left without buying. But, Dany never showed disappointment, and was still all too happy to help us if we should return. The next day we called and left a message that we found some vehicles we were interested in and when we arrived the vehicles were waiting for us to look at and test drive. Again, Dany was very fair and honest with us about each vehicle. When we settled on a vehicle to purchase he was all to happy to work with us on making a perfect deal we could afford and the whole crew down there worked hard so we could take the vehicle home that day! ..... I have NEVER had such a GREAT time purchasing a car WITHOUT the sales pressure and attitude that comes from salespeople, when your not buying the most expensive thing on the lot. I felt we were not treated any different based on the fact that we were not spending an enormous amount of money and were not purchasing a new car. Dany is so friendly, upbeat, enthusiastic, comical and most importantly the most HONEST car salesman I have ever dealt with and I would NEVER buy another car from anyone OTHER than him and the Bonneville and Sons business because of the simple fact that they were not showing disappointment that I wasn't buying new or trying to shove a vehicle I didn't want, nor could I not afford down my throat just to make a sale! THANK YOU Dany and the whole Bonneville team! More

I had been trying to get a Dodge Promaster with several specific features from my local dealership for about 4 months, but they just couldn't get one. Then, I sold my old car on craigslist and needed to find something fast so hit the internet and found Bonneville & Sons was the only dealership in New England with the vehicle I was looking for. I didn't really want to drive 3 hours away but I contacted them anyway. Dan Reitz gave me a great price (much better than I was getting locally); we put down a deposit; told them we'd be there on a Wednesday around 6PM; showed up around 12 Noon (did give him warning we'd be early) and Dan had everything ready to go. We were in and out in about an hour including a short test drive. We got a great discount on the vehicle and a great discount on the extended warrantee all without any of the xx you go through when negotiating with other dealerships. Just a fantastic experience! Thanks Dan! You were GREAT! More

Thanks Bonneville! I bought a Fiat 500L a little over a year ago and it turned out to be a lemon. Chrysler/Fiat decided to buy the car back but I had little interest in I bought a Fiat 500L a little over a year ago and it turned out to be a lemon. Chrysler/Fiat decided to buy the car back but I had little interest in getting another Fiat product. Fortunately, I was able to choose any vehicle from the Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, Fiat family however it was at the dealerships discretion to do so. I had at least one dealership tell me they were not interested as they would end up losing money in the deal. Bonneville was different. Fortunately, my dad had a relationship with Bill Dan and he was willing to help us out and do the buy back deal for a 2015 Jeep Renegade. While the process was pretty awful and disorganized, I still appreciate that Bonneville was willing to do this as they probably didn't get anything (and may have actually lost money). I have now had the Jeep for about a month and I am in love. I'm still waiting on my loan payments to be sorted out which is rather aggravating but I am still appreciative of what they were willing to do to help me out. I can tell that they are looking to the future when they are helping me as I will definitely keep they in mind for future car buys and service. I really appreciated everyone's help although they didn't seem to know what they were doing a lot of the time. I expect that any buy back deals are going to be a long process but I did feel a little rushed and inconvenienced at times. Edin Karo and Bill Dan were very helpful. The finance people were not so helpful and I am disappointed that I am still waiting for a call about my loan from J Miller more than a week past when he said he would call. Overall, I am more appreciative than disappointed due to the fact that Bonneville didn't have to help me but they chose to anyways even though it inconvenienced them. More
