This was our 3rd purchase from Boucher. We appreciate the ability to get down to business without nonsense. Nick Majeske is knowledgeable, accommodating and honest. He prepped for our appt knowing we were planning our visit to end in the purchase of a GMC Terrain. When we arrived, he had a Terrain pulled up and a Buick Enclave pulled up beside it. He was prepared with an alternative since he knew that many of the features we had in our last Terrain had been removed with the chip shortages. He was also trying to save us money with an alternative! In the end, we still wanted a little more than the Enclave offered and purchased the Envision. Would definitely return and Nick's longevity with the dealership says it all. More

I made an appointment t for oil change and to get my steering wheel straight. I asked for a ride to work. The driver was not there and I had to Uber. I did not get a call when the car was done. The shuttle driver had left so I had to Uber again. The wheel was not fixed. I asked why. We did a check and it wasn’t out of alignment. I told him that I knew that and I asked for the wheel to be straightened. Everyone who drives with me sees it is crooked. I asked to have the front and back sensors ordered as I got a letter they were now availabele. My salesperson had never told me they were on back order. Then I got a letter almost a year later. The guy told me that they were probably ordered by my sales person and they would let me know when they were in. I told them they were not ordered. He said oh I will check. He checked and they were not ordered. He said he ordered them. I think they have terrible service. More

I had a 10:00 appointment and when I got there they said the tires wouldn’t be in till 10:30. They offered to shuttle me home but I had no problem waiting a couple of hours. For some reason they took my Yuk the tires wouldn’t be in till 10:30. They offered to shuttle me home but I had no problem waiting a couple of hours. For some reason they took my Yukon to their Cadillac dealership to have the tires installed about 2:00 he came in and told me they were having problem having the tires seal. No way can it take 4 1/2 hours to install 4 tires. My guess is the tires didn’t arrive at 10:30. More
