The last 2 times I checked in for an oil change, they seemed surprised to see me even though checking in with the guy I scheduled with. I had to assert that I did in fact want my GMC 2500 truck tires seemed surprised to see me even though checking in with the guy I scheduled with. I had to assert that I did in fact want my GMC 2500 truck tires balanced as ordered. Not just rotated at 20,000 miles. Waiting with my dog for a half an hour after my finished truck was brought up to the service area though was the last straw. I will be finding another GMC dealership for all future services. My time is the most valuable thing after my 2022 GMC and my dog. More

I bought my brand new Terrain in June of 2022. I got a screw in my tire, which wasn't covered under warranty. It was very disappointing that I had to pay to get it fixed.
