This is my 3rd time buying from Bourne's and I plan on coming here for any future purchases. As always our experience was great! This was my first time working with Jose and he was super easy to work with coming here for any future purchases. As always our experience was great! This was my first time working with Jose and he was super easy to work with and incredibly friendly. He was very patient dealing with my insurance company to get us registered. This was my 3rd time financing with Shawn. He is amazing every time. Always feels like he is going the extra mile for us and he remembers me from prior visits. Also incredibly patient with everything we need. Can't recommend him enough! More

No pressure, easy to work with staff. Relaxed atmosphere. Nothing like manufacturer dealers, there aren't hidden fees, what you see is what you get (plus reasonable doc fees). Highly recommended. Bourne’s was great to do business with. Based on their no hassle model, Tori wasn’t trying to force the sale, rather wanted to educate me on the car and ensure it’s what I wanted. Their refundable deposit was also a godsend as it allowed me to ensure the car was there for me to test drive and ultimately purchase (there were 2 others waiting to test drive it). Tori was a fantastic communicator throughout the entire process and went above and beyond. My family has been coming to Bournes for years and will continue to be repeat customers in the years to come. More
