We appreciate your business and your honest feedback. We do our best to get every customer in and out under 1 hour after they agree to purchase. Sometimes this doesn't happen for a wide range of reasons and variables. We are sorry if it took longer than this in your case. As for the $100 no title fee, if you are able to provide us with your title within 5 business days we would be happy to refund that to you. The reason for the charge is to encourage customers to find the title and provide it to us instead of applying for a duplicate with the registry that can take a month or longer to receive the title. We cannot sell the trade in until we get the title, thus tying up a large amount of money.
