Initial experience was good, overall probably average. I had good references to this dealership. Many of my friends recommended Bourne’s. Of all of my car purchasing encounters I have never had a problem where it took so long and had to wait for paperwork to be completed. To add to that I paid for paperwork and this was the greatest waste of my time. My dealer representative was most apologetic. In my numerous hours spent at the location I observed a lot of activity with people literally running around the facility. To add, I realize the Massachusetts RMV went through an system update that may have caused delay in processing. I am glad all is done finally. My rep went out of the way to give me a dealer plate so we could take the car home. For that I am appreciative. More

He was such a great person to navigate this process with. He made sure to show me all the options I had available considering the requirements I gave him, let me test drive as many cars as I wanted until I found the one that I was happy with. Great Service Emmett was my salesman at Bournes Auto. It was a very busy place when I walked in but Emmett approached me almost immediately..
