Very good experience...... Our sales agent was Jose Garcia. Jose took the time to explain the Bourne "process" to us , which turned out to be very eye opening for someone who's Our sales agent was Jose Garcia. Jose took the time to explain the Bourne "process" to us , which turned out to be very eye opening for someone who's not purchased a car in 12 years. Bourne has a very large inventory but we managed to narrow our choice down quickly. A couple of test drives later and we were on our way to purchasing a 2017 Toyota RAV4. The purchase process has gone very smoothly and after calling to verify the new registration and speak with a service advisor, I've come to see that the folks working at Bourne are professional, courteous and very quick to respond. Overall, a very good experience. More

After test driving a few trucks and deciding on the one I wanted Christine took care of everything and made the buying process hassle free I would recomed her to anyone. I also worked with George in the finance department to finalize the sale he was also great to work with he took the time to explane everything to me with no feeling of being rushed to sighn papperwork until I understand everything. Tori was really helpful, didn’t waste time trying to sell us something out of our budget and had our style of car pinned down within an hour. She even took time off of her lunch break to get other cars for us to test drive.
