Very friendly and helpful along the whole process. The manager Shawn took good care of us and was also very nice to deal with. It so happened when we were picking up the car Kim had the day off so she hooked us up with Jose who took very good care of us as well. The whole staff was great to deal with and worked very well together. Oh yea and there selection of vehicles was very good! More

He listened carefully to what we were looking for and brought us a selection of cars suited to our needs to test drive. When we had picked a car, he and George helped us to quickly get the registration and plates and everything that we needed. Trey had already worked with our insurance company prior to us coming back to pick up the car. We also talked to Tori who was great! The car was also a good value. They were not very open to haggling but at the end of the day I feel like I got a good deal! More

Excellent! I had such a good experience at Bourne that I bought two cars instead of one! A tree fell on my car and totaled it and suddenly I needed a new car. I I had such a good experience at Bourne that I bought two cars instead of one! A tree fell on my car and totaled it and suddenly I needed a new car. I worked with Greg Cummings and walked in thinking I knew what I wanted. Greg listened to me, sent me out on the road with what I thought and I wanted and by the time I came back he had pulled out 5 other cars for me to try, one of which I never even considered, but when he explained that he pulled it because of what I said I wanted, I gave it a try. Needless to say, that is the car I ended up in and I LOVE IT. Greg was so helpful, he even offered me the rain coat off his back. He came in on his day off to finish up my transaction. This included a speedy response to my way to early in the morning text message to ask questions about what I needed to bring with me. I highly recommend Bournes and Greg in particular! More
