I found one issue with the annoying windshield wiper, it was addressed and fixed in 30 mins. Jose was a great help got things done promptly, finance was simple cut and dry. Would def recommend. Oh yea, drove home the same day in just a few hours. More

Jose addressed them head on and made sure I was comfortable with the solution. Bourne's is clearly an experienced dealership and the processes are fine tuned to be transparent and efficient. I recommend them without reservation. If you have a choice, ask for Jose Molina - he's great! More

Best buying experience ever! I went to Bourne's for the first time after seeing multiple cars with their sticker and hearing great things about them. After my visit it was above and beyond what I expected.....100% no pressure, very personable and down to earth staff! Our car had a few minor "we owe you" items and they were taken care of within a week of our purchase! Very impressed with Bourne's and we will be back for sure for our next vehicle! More

I highly recommend getting there as early as possible to get in and out before the rush. Also, the website advertises that they beat or match your financing offer, but they couldn't come close to beating the rate I got at my credit union (but I'd have been surprised if they could). That aside, I was more than satisfied with my experience buying from Bourne's. My sales associate was Tre Hubbard, who was excellent. Very personable and easy to talk to (a "good salesman" I guess). He went out of his why to make the complex transaction (external financing, registering it out of state) as easy and convenient as possible. I've driven my Subaru STI for 2 weeks and about 700 miles now with no issues, and I'm loving it; my commute is my favorite part of the day! More

My second Five Star Review for Bourne's I purchased my car in February 2019 and had a great experience. This review concerns what happened in the months following the sale, and will explain I purchased my car in February 2019 and had a great experience. This review concerns what happened in the months following the sale, and will explain why I'm a Bourne's customer for life. After driving the car for a month, the check engine light came on. Since I wasn't familiar with how the dealership handled service appointments, I emailed Mark Aufiero directly after finding his information on the Bourne's (excellent) website. He responded within minutes and personally set up an appointment for me. There was no transfer to a service rep, no waiting, no problems. Just done efficiently and in a friendly manner. When I arrived at the service department I was greeted by one of 5 representatives on duty. I was checked in and took a seat in the clean and bright waiting area. Mark appeared within minutes to explain how the car would be serviced and about how long I would be waiting. Turns out the key fob needed a new battery - the code was cleared, new battery inserted, and I was given a full print out of everything that was done to the car. Mark clearly explained each item. I was on my way without paying a dime. A month later, the check engine light came on again. This time I booked the service appointment on the website. I received immediate confirmation and a reminder email the day before. You can also sign up for text reminders. Since the car is a diesel, which I've never owned, each engine noise or driving characteristic is new to me. I had a bad glow plug, which I knew before I took the car in because I have a code reader. After being burnt by so many dealerships over the years, I have to admit I wanted to put Bourne's to the test. Again I was checked in by a friendly service tech and took a seat. Mark came out a few minutes later and explained the error code was glow plug #1, and that the part would have to be ordered. He provided the print out and reviewed the diagnostics and said he'd call when the part was in. Within days it had arrived and Mark again personally set up my next appointment. While the work was being performed, I asked Mark about the 40k mile recommended VW factory service for the DSG transmission. He met with the technician and then discussed the options with me clearly. We mutually decided that I'd have a more comprehensive servicing through a VW dealer, one familiar with the factory requirements and who could offer genuine parts. Bourne's stands behind their cars. I can't stress this enough. Of course I realize I never paid a dime for any of the three visits to the service department because it was within the 90 day warranty period. However, I have never experienced the personal service, patience, and sharing of knowledge from any other dealership or shop. My sneaky little "test" was passed with flying colors. And as far as the transmission service, I'm reminded of "A Miracle on 34th Street" where Macy's and Gimbels put aside profits and instead focused on their customers. I could go on for days. Mark, you are an all star. Thank you for everything. More
